Story of a teenage girl who fell off a bike awkwardly causing an injury that ultimately led to her death.

After initially being treated as a minor injury the condition deteriorated during the night and eventually they were told she "probably had pancreatic trauma: she had fallen with such force that her pancreas had been pushed against her spine, causing a laceration."
